The Cover Reveal for The Eyewitness

The Eyewitness is up for pre-order:

Blurb for The Eyewitness

Fans of TV’s Blue Bloods will love this dynamic new suspense series.
Maryland PD forensic scientist Emersyn D’Azzo has an explosive past with her father’s younger, sexy partner, Detective Alec Pearce. Then an ill-timed kiss destroys the thin line of trust between her and her dad, just before tragedy strikes and someone guns down her father.
The fatal bullet turns out to be tied to the ongoing spree of random sniper kills across the state, but Emersyn knows this wasn’t a random act of violence and is determined to find the killer.
To do so, she’ll need to rely on help from Alec, whom she doesn’t quite trust but just can’t resist. When they discover a connection to a decades-old disappearance of a college student, their investigation takes a deadly twist. Can they learn to trust each other with their hearts to save their lives?

Readers are already talking about the The Eyewitness.

From Goodreads:

"This is an intense story, heavy on the suspense and the romance. Emersyn and Alec are circling each other for the entire book, each with strong personalities and past issues with trust and forgiveness. And even when they start to come together, to give into the chemistry, Weeks does an excellent job at keeping them true to their characters and personalities. She set the stage for their back-and-forth on the first page and it never let up. As they tracked down clues and secrets and tried to figure out who the sniper is, Weeks managed to keep me on the edge of my seat trying to sort it out with them. I can't wait for Tessa and Nathan's stories!

I was given a free ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review."

WELCOME BACK, INGRID HAHN, AUTHOR OF TO COVET A LADY'S HEART

Happy Thursday, Everyone!!

I hope your week is going well. Today, I'm showcasing my dear friend, Ingrid Hahn's new release, the second book in her Landon Sister's series, Covet a Lady's Heart. Ingrid made her debut appearance on my blog almost a year ago. You can find her amazing interview HERE if you missed it.

Covet a Lady's Heart is available to the world in only 4 days! In the meantime, here is a short blurb and excerpt.

Covet a Lady's Heart (The Landon Sisters)
Release Date: February 20, 2017

After a lifetime of rakish behavior, Lord Maxfeld must pretend he’s reformed and find a fake wife. And there is nobody more suitable than Lady Phoebe. Trouble is, Phoebe will not agree to a false engagement and leaves Max no option but to blackmail her into agreeing to his scheme.
Phoebe will go to great lengths to avoid anything remotely dishonorable and blackmails Max right back—directly to the altar. Once married, though, Phoebe wants more than just Max’s ring—she wants his heart, something he can never give....

Excerpt to Covet a Lady's Heart:

“My dear ladies.” Max bowed before Lady Bennington and Lady Phoebe, rattling off a flattering nicety. First, he paid consequence to the mother. Then to the daughter. “I’m so pleased to see you both here tonight and looking so well, too. London must agree with you.”

Whichever blind clod had suggested Lady Phoebe was the plainest of the Landon girls had eminently poor taste in women. She shone from the rest—from all the other women around her. Max had no time or patience for delicate beauties, and Lady Phoebe was no delicate beauty.

But she was a beauty, no mistake. There would be no ts or fainting from this one, oh no. She was bright and lovely, her hair a dark shade, earthy and rich. She had coffee-colored eyes, a decisive nose, and lips that could curl into the most devious smile—the sort that set him instantly adrift into deliciously sinful thoughts.
